Bah humbug.

Lastnight we went and had our own alternative Christmas eve. It started with us sitting on our hotel rooftop. We had these bounty bars and we made this Christmas tree on one one the tables using beads. Yes it was flatter than most trees. We were the only ones up there except this Japanese woman sitting at a table a little ways away. So we invited her to join in. Yeah it was pretty surreal.

After that we left and went to this 5-star hotel (criminal I know) and sat on the patio and watched this very silly band play. Yeah there were alot of canned drum beats and the singer had this obsession with his oversized belt buckle. And they pretty much crucified "Californication".
My parents got up and danced (on the empty dance floor (so did I, for about 60 seconds)). And Bashu and I played two songs.

After that we found our poor auto-rickshaw wallahs we'd hired for the night outside where they'd been relocated by the guard. And zoomed home.

So it's Christmas morning.

Humbug. Bah humbug.
